The problem
The Subtitle function in the
TV menu is deactivated.
Subtitles appear on the TV
screen.
The HDR of the connected
external device turns off.
The TV remains on or does
not turn on automatically.
If the test picture does not appear or there is noise or distortion, the TV may have a problem. Contact Samsung's Call Centre
for assistance.

When an external device is connected with an HDMI or Component cable, the
function is unavailable. Adjust the subtitle setting on the external device.
