DANGER:All seal, gaskets, O-rings and washers that are disturbed during maintenance must be replaced. If any portion of venting
system is disturbed, it must be re-installed in accordance to the vent manufacturer's instructions, the BWH-BWC Installation &
Operation Instructions For Contractors and any applicable provisions of local building codes as well as the National Fuel Gas
Code ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54 and/or CAN/CSA B149.1, Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code. Failure to do so may results
in substantial property damage, severe injury or death.
