Before servicing the electrical system, check the
following:
WARNING

DISCONNECT THE BATTERY CABLES Before
Servicing the Electrical System.
● Ensure that the battery is fully charged and
supplying the proper voltage (12 Volt DC negative
[-] ground). The problem may be a weak battery.
● Check the polarity at the battery. Red wire is positive
(+), black wire is ground (-).
● Check the condition of the battery cables. Check
the ground point on the engine for loose or corroded
wire.
● Check the fuses in the control tower. Proper fuses
are 15 AMP and 25 AMP, type ATO/ATC. Also check
the 30 AMP fuse in the engine wiring harness.
● Check the condition of the batteries in the handheld
remote. Check that the remote is in contact
(associated) with the receiver.
