    Download full color instructions from http://www.estarmodels.com [Download] menu. Page 1  PREPARATION  HORIZONTAL TAIL Remove parts from laser-cut panel and group as shown above. 1. Pin the stabilizer parts(S1-S6) on the plan and glue together with thick CA.  VERTICAL TAIL 2.
  • Page 3 2. Lay waxed paper or PVC film over the plan. Pin balsa sheets(W4, W7-W9) and the lower spars(W1B-W2B) 3. Remove rudder from the plan and apply thick CA glue at each joints for reinforcing. Carefully sand surfaces. 3. Assemble ribs(W10-W17), plywood servo tray(W21) and glue together with thick CA.

    7. Cut CA hinges as shown above. 3. Insert and glue plastic pipes for elevator and rudder pushrods and then inserts pushrods. 8. Make hinge slots and pre-install hinges.  EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION 4. Install and glue aileron, elevator and rudder plywood horns(A9, E10, R10) with thick CA.

(Refer to the drawing for the CG location.) Stall characteristics Stall could be made by Low speed, High angle of attack, or Up elevator in deep bank.
