7.2 Parts Replacement





7.2.1 Replacing the Single-Phase Power Circuit Breaker or AC
Input Circuit Breaker
Prerequisites


Context
The AC input circuit breaker and the single-phase power circuit breaker in the monitoring
compartment are of the same type. This section describes how to replace a single-phase power
circuit breaker.
Procedure
Step 1 Remove the wiring terminal shielding cover from the faulty circuit breaker.

Check Method
 Check that cables are securely connected.

Check that cables are intact, in particular,
the parts touching the metallic surface are
not scratched.
 Check that unused cable glands are
plugged and the glands are tightened.
 Check that the shielding cover on the
USB port is tightened.
Check that all ground cables are securely
connected.
To ensure personal security, power off the SmartACBox before replacing a component.

After disconnecting the power supply, wait 1 minute and then start parts replacement.
After replacing a component, check the SmartACBox and then power on the SmartACBox
to verify that the replacement component works properly. For details, see
Before Power-On and
Dispose of faulty components in accordance with the local disposal act for waste electrical
equipment.
The circuit breaker is faulty.
A spare circuit breaker of the same model is available and functional.
