6.1 Checking Before Power-On

Before powering on the SmartACBox, check that:

Procedure
Step 1 Tighten the four screws on the enclosure cover.
Issue 03 (2018-05-15)
The SmartACBox is installed correctly and securely.
All cables are connected correctly and securely and bound neatly, without exposed
metal.
All used cable glands and cable holes at the enclosure bottom are blocked by fireproof
material.
Unused USB ports are plugged with watertight caps.
Idle waterproof connectors are plugged and the locking caps are tightened.
All switches in the enclosure are off.
The enclosure interior is clean, without dust, dirt, or foreign matter.
The paint on the enclosure exterior is intact. If paint has flaked off, repaint that area to
prevent corrosion.
You have completed the power-on check.
You have put on insulation gloves.
