- Page 3 JUMP STARTING VEHICLE IMPORTANT: Before jump starting the vehicle, the battery level of the PBJF400 needs to be 75% or more. Refer to battery level chart on page 3. 1. Connect jumper cables to the Powerbank (A). 2. Connect the RED clamp to the positive (+) battery terminal first (B), then connect the BLACK clamp to the negative (-) battery terminal (C).
