OPERATION OF IGNITION MODULE

The Ignition Module
control utilizes a microprocessor to continually and safely monitor, analyze, and control the proper operation of the gas
flame holder. The module with the presence of the flame sensor, using flame rectification, allows the heater to operate.
RISK OF EXPLOSION OR FIRE CAUSING BURNS OR DEATH IF SAFETY INTERLOCKS ARE DISABLED. DO NOT attempt to operate
heater when The ERR HLS, ERR AFS, ERR IGN, ERR AGS, ERR SFS, E01, E05, E06, 126 messages on the LCD indicates a fault in the
heater or its controls. If any of these messages are displayed, shut down the heater (See "TO TURN OFF GAS TO THE APPLIANCE"
on page 43), and have a qualified service technician check the system.

ERROR PS MESSAGE

The ERR PS message on the LCD indicates that there is insufficient water flow to the heater. If the pump is operating,
this usually indicates that the filter and/or skimmers should be cleaned (some filters may require back-washing). If the
message remains on after the filter/skimmers have been serviced, the system should be checked by a qualified service
technician.
