22. Adjust the DC level of the part 87.5 IRE of the
following W/B HIGH adjustment use signal so that the
level comes to 6.5 ±0.05 V dc. using GAIN B.
In addition, adjust the level of the part 12.5 IRE using
BIAS B so as the level to achieve the value 3.5 ±0.05
V dc.
If necessary, continue adjustments repeating GAIN
and BIAS. (Fig. 3-5-1-3)
23. Connect the Oscilloscope to the TP5317 of the C
board.
24. Adjust the DC level of the part 87.5 IRE of the
following W/B HIGH adjustment use signal so that the
level comes to 6.5 ±0.05 V dc. using GAIN R.
In addition, adjust the level of the part 12.5 IRE using
BIAS R so as the level to achieve the value 3.5 ±0.05
V dc.
If necessary, go on repeating GAIN and BIAS for
adjustments. (Fig. 3-5-1-3)
25. Connect the Oscilloscope to the TP5316 of the C
board.
26. Adjust the DC level of the part 87.5 IRE of the
following W/B HIGH adjustment use signal so that the
level comes to 6.5 ±0.05 V dc using GAIN B.
Adjust the level of the part 12.5 IRE using BIAS B so
as the level to achieve the value 3.5 ±0.05 V dc. If
necessary, go on repeating GAIN and BIAS for
adjustments. (Fig. 3-5-1-3)
27. Save the data by selecting the item " SAVE TO
MEMORY " in the page of Device Adjust of the menu
and by pressing the ENTER.

3-5-2. Adjust RGB W/B LOW Mode

1. Enter the item WB ADJUST LOW of the menu.
2. Copy the adjusted values to R/G/B BIAS as they are
saved in the HIGH Mode Adjustments.
3. As for R/G/B GAIN, write the following value:
Adjusted value in the HIGH Mode Adjustments
R GAIN
+ 5
G GAIN
– 5
B GAIN
– 15
4. Select the item SAVE TO MEMORY of W/B AD-
JUST of the menu. Press ENTER to save the data.
5. Enter the item OTHER of the menu Device Adjust.
6. Give 06 3D GAMMA/ THROUGH : 1 back to 06 3D
GAMMA/ THROUGH : 0.
7. Give 07 3D GAMMA/ SW : back 0 to 07 3D GAM-
MA/ SW : 1.
8. Save data using SAVE TO MEMORY.
