MAINTENANCE AND
1) ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
The machine does not require any special maintenance.
The components that are most exposed to wear and dirt are:
a) the seal of the door (Fig. 19 Code 1TTMA0072);
b) The seals of the handpiece couplings (Fig. 20 Code 3MECM0017);
The recommended disinfectant can be used for the periodic cleaning of the maintenance chamber
and the cabinet in general.
2) SPECIAL MAINTENANCE
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS MUST BE PERFORMED BY AUTHORISED
PERSONNEL.
3) SPARE PARTS
All accessories that are supplied and provided on request are provided as spare parts.
The mechanical, electrical and electronic components, such as spare parts, are only available for
repairs carried out by authorised personnel.
As previously mentioned any unauthorised intervention is considered as tampering and subject to the
relative consequences (refer to the warranty).

PROCEDURES FOR SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE

Contact the Assistance Department directly in the event of a fault, review and/or validation:
MEDILINE ITALIA s.r.l.
The Assistance Department will evaluate whether the machine must be returned or whether
a technician's intervention is required, and once the machine is inspected, an estimate will
be forwarded to the distributor who will forward it to the customer for acknowledgement and
signature.
After receiving the signed quotation, the device will be processed and will be shipped
according to the schedules indicated on the quotation.
