Suspected malfunctions are often due to causes that the users can
fix themselves, therefore check the product using this section.
Problem
1. Robot not
charging

TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible Cause
1.1 Not powered ON.
1.2 Not made a
connection with the
charging station.
1.3 Charging station is
unplugged while
robot powered ON.
1.4 Robot cannot
return to the
charging station.
Robot is tangled with
obstacles on the floor
(electrical cords,
drooping curtains,
etc.).
