B. Assembly Turn the main unit so the handle is facing away from you and you can see the beater connection points. Insert the beater with the extra disc on the stem into the left slot, push until it clicks into place see fig.1. Insert the other beater into the right hand slot and push until clicked into place.
E. Hints & Tips • When beating egg whites, use a very clean metal or glass bowl. To help stabilize the egg whites, add 1/8 teaspoon of cream of tartar per egg white, prior to beating them. Beat the egg whites until desired peaks form.
