connecting lead
In systems with DHW cylinders from Viessmann, the cylinder temper-
ature sensor is installed directly into the sensor well of the threaded
elbow in the heating water return.

Mixer extension kits

3 heating circuits with mixer, 2 heating circuits with mixer plus DHW
heating or one heating circuit with mixer, one solar circuit plus DHW
heating can be directly connected to the Ecotronic of automatically
charged boilers.
Direct connection of solar circuit or DHW heating
No extension kit is required for connecting the solar circuit or the DHW
heating directly to the Ecotronic.
Direct connection of heating circuit with mixer
When directly connecting the heating circuit with mixer, only an exten-
sion kit with mixer motor and flow temperature sensor is required. No
additional mixer PCB has to be incorporated into the control system.

If an additional heating circuit with mixer cannot be directly connected
to the Ecotronic, connect the additional heating circuit with mixer to the
Ecotronic via a KM BUS. This requires an extension kit mixer motor
with mixer PCB for incorporation into the control system.
