6.2. Inspection, cleaning/replacing filters

Note
The HRU ECO 350 comes standard with G3 filters. These filters
are very suitable as a 'building material filter' in the first period
after delivery of the house. After about 3 months these filters
need to be replaced by G4 or F7 filters.
ä Attention
G4 and F7 filters can be cleaned once and must be replaced at
the next service.
Inspect and clean or replace the filters as follows:
a) Disconnect the ventilation unit from the power supply.
b) Remove both filter holders.
c) Visually inspect the filters for contamination. If the filters are
dirty, they should be cleaned or replaced.
d) Clean or replace the filters. Cleaning can be done by
carefully vacuuming the filters with a hoover.
e) Remove the old filter from the filter holder when replacing it.
!
f)
Place the new filter in the filter holder.
g) Replace both filter holders in the ventilation unit.
h) Restart the ventilation unit.
ä
Warning!
The HRU ECO 350 must be fitted with the appropriate filters at all
times! Without filters, the unit can suffer irreparable damage.
