KNOW YOUR SAWHORSE TOOL PURPOSE Support all types of projects and work pieces with your sawhorse. Refer to the following diagrams to become fa- miliarized with all the parts of your sawhorse. The components will be referred to later in the manual for assembly and operation instructions. -

ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS UNFOLDING THE SAWHORSE Fig. 1 1. Turn the unit upside down. 2. Extend the first leg (Fig. 1 - 1) by pressing its respective lock button (Fig. 1 - 2) to release the leg. 3. Rotate the legs out from the worktop body. Pull the legs apart from each other so that they are stable and perpen- dicular to the worktop body (Fig. -

Fig. 6 JOBSITE TABLE A quick and sturdy worktable can be made by joining the power of two WA1300 sawhorses, a couple of 2x4s, and some plywood. To create the table, insert two 2x4s of similar length (Fig. 6 - 1) into the sawhorses’ side brackets (Fig. 6 - 2), span- ning the two sawhorses. -

MAINTENANCE ROUTINE INSPECTION Before each use, inspect the tool. If any of these following conditions exist, do not use until parts are replaced. Check for: • Loose hardware or improper mounting • Misalignment • Cracked or broken parts • Any other condition that may affect its safe operation CAUTION! Most plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of commercial solvents. -
