Step Three
Insert Centre Rail (6) into the brackets in the centre of the Headboard (1) and Footboard (2). Push down
fully and secure in place using M6 x 25mm Bolts (E). Tighten bolts with M4 Allen Key (A). You can now
tighten the bolts at the Side Rails from previous step (Step Two) so all fastenings are now tightened.

Step Four
With the curved side facing upwards, insert 2 Slats into a Centre Cap (C) followed by a Side Cap (D)
onto the other end of both slats. By placing the slat alternately 5 rows 60mm Slats (4) and 5 rows 80mm
Slats (5), use your palms to push down the centre caps into the centre rail and side caps to the side rails
as shown in diagram below.

CAUTION
Please ensure that the bigger size of slat placed in the middle of the rail.
This will ensure the best support to hold the load.
