Receipt copy
Pull release forward then flip the cover back. The cover will spring
open.
Remove the centre sleeve of the old paper roll. Clear the roll
compartment of any dust and paper debris.
Insert the new thermal paper roll as shown in the illustration.
Unroll the end of the paper 5 cm past the tear-off edge and hold
firmly.
Close the paper compartment. The lock must click shut audibly!

In the case of a reading error, the terminal will automatically prompt you to retrieve the data by swiping the magnetic strip reader, provided the bank has enabled the card for this. In the case of credit cards with chip the decision is first made during the booking as to whether the customer confirms the payment with signature or PIN.
