Make sure if

Swap panels to make sure the parts are functionally normal.

Probe VREG_WLED (PC8906.1, 6.1V), DISP_P_OUT (PC8904.1, 4.6V),
VDISP_M_OUT (PC8905.1, -2.5V) to make sure all voltages match. Please
change
PU8901
5.
Make sure PC8904 and PC8905 are not short.
Low brightness:
1. Please swap panels.
