Usually PU8101(SMB1381) defects:
1.
Check
PU8101
2.
Demount the shielding and probe the impedance between
(90~95K Ohm)
3.
Please swap PRT8101 then swap PU8101.
and
PRT8101
for any SMT issues (components shift, short circuits)
PRT8101.2
and GND
