Listening to messages

When new messages have been recorded,

n When you listen the message in the
general mailbox:
MbN: "Access Gen. MB" a MSelectN
R The unit plays back the messages
from the most recent message to the
oldest.

When finished, press MStopN.
Note:
R If new messages have been recorded, the
unit plays back new messages.
R If there are no new messages, the unit
plays back all messages.

MDN or MCN Adjust the speaker volume
MStopN Stop playback
MDeleteN Erase currently playing
message
Forwarding a message
While listening to message, you can forward it
to other mailboxes.

During playback, press MFwdN.

MbN: Select the desired unit which you
want to forward.
R After forwarding, the forwarded
message is erased from your mailbox.

Recording a memo
message
You can use the unit to leave a memo
message for yourself or someone else. Memo
message can be played back later with the
same operation used to play back answering
system messages.

After a beep sounds, speak clearly about
20 cm (8 inches) away from the
microphone.

Press MFinishN to stop recording.
