the PSTN connection complies with the TBR21 norm, but is not connected to the public telephone
exchange network. The PSTN connection generates its own telephone line signals that imitate the signals of
a public exchange network, this makes it possible to receive alarm messages from the control panel that is
connected tot the PSTN connection and send them through an IP connection.
