situations that may interfere with
proper operation of Smart Summon. It
is the driver's responsibility to remain
in control of Model S at all times. Pay
close attention whenever Smart
Summon is actively moving Model S
and stay prepared to take immediate
action. Failure to do so can result in
serious property damage, injury or
