Is it ok to keep using a seat after an accident?
We at CYBEX strongly recommend that you replace a seat after any kind of accident.
This is because tiny hairline cracks, which may not be visible to the naked eye, can
appear in the plastic parts of a seat after an accident. These cracks can pose an increased
risk to safety.
The ISOFIX Connect connectors are impossible or very difficult to release from the anchorage
points in the vehicle. What can I do?
The ISOFIX Connect connectors may be more difficult to release from the anchorage
points if the ISOFIX connectors were installed in the car under tension. To alleviate the
problem, increase the distance between the seat of the child seat and the rear car seat by
moving the ISOFIX lever and pulling the child seat away from the back seat. In doing so,
you will release the tension from the system.
When changing the Pallas series into Gr. 2/3, how to I change the Isofix connectors?
1. Press the adjusting handle of the main frame and pull out the ISOFIX connectors until
you feel a resistance. 2. Simultaneously hold the adjusting handle and release the two
snap-fits with your fingers or the aid of a screw driver. 3. Insert the ISOFIX connectors
into the dedicated slots on the bottom side of the seat cushion until you feel a resistance.
4. Press the handle situated centrally on the bottom of the seat cushion and push the
ISOFIX connectors into the seat cushion until they are completely hidden.

safety pillow. 2. Press the release buttons until you can feel some resistance and pull it
away from the main frame until you feel a resistance. 3. Now pull the reclining handle
