The SuperStack ™ II Hub 10 6 Port Fiber (3C16665A) has 6 dedicated optical fiber ports (ST bayonet type) on the front panel and an AUI port on the rear panel. The rear panel also has a slot for a 3Com Transceiver Module or Bridge MicroModule; if fitted the Transceiver Module will operate in addition to the AUI port.
Front Panel 6 Optical Fiber Ports To connect the unit to a fiber optic network you will need optical fiber cables terminated with ST bayonet type connectors. Take care to keep the ends of the cables clean. Wipe with a tissue moistened with ethanol if necessary.
