Performing A Dirac Live Room Calibration
Filter Export
On th Filter Export screen you will be offered the opportunity to download a new set of Correction
Filters to your processor which have been created using the current set of measurements and
Target Curves. You will be shown the list of Correction Filters that currently exist in the current
Speaker Preset on your processor, offered the opportunity to overwrite an existing filter or create
a new one, and to choose a name and enter a description for your new set of Correction Filters.
Note: We STRONGLY suggest that you name each set of Correction Filters you save using a
descriptive name that includes the channel configuration. The Name that you use here will be
visible in the Speaker Preset on your processor but the Description will NOT be visible on the
processor.
Note: You will ONLY see the list of Dirac Live Correction Filters that are present IN THE SPEAKER
PRESET FROM WHICH YOU ENABLED THE DIRAC LIVE SOFTWARE when you started your Dirac
Live calibration session. You will NOT see the Dirac Live filters that exist in the other Speaker
Preset and will NOT be able to save Correction Filters to the other Speaker Preset.
After the Filter Export operation is completed successfully you will be returned to the Design
Filter screen - where you may create additional Correction Filter sets based on the same set of
measurements. At this point you may also exit Dirac Live or return to an earlier step and select a
different Seating Arrangement and make a new set of measurements.
