The following tests are suggested to be performed as a first pass to check overall unit health. These checks are similar to the Cassida PRO in-house QC process and cover the majority of the functions and diagnostic features provided by the Zeus.

In this menu, you may check the magnetic head signals for scanned notes. ‘dbR’(Blue) shows the note is passing the magnetic sensors. Remove the circular Right Hinge (HINGE_R_DUST_COVER) 6) Remove COVER_STACKER_LOWER by pressing the tabs on its sides and pulling it outward. 7) Take out DUST_COVER, squeezing the sides lightly if necessary. • This menu provides the unit’s CPU IDs (CPU0 and CPU1) and detailed information about the unit. This information is stored on the main board of the unit. Cassida may request this information if the technician or end user needs to unlock the Zeus for extra software features.
• The CIS calibration should be done any time CIS replacement, main board replacement, or extensive repair work is performed. The unit will detect all settings files stored in the root directory, ensure that the correct settings are selected using the [UP]/[DOWN] arrow keys before loading.
