    Wir gratulieren Ihnen zum Kauf Ihrer neuen DT Swiss Komponente! Sie haben sich für ein Qualitätsprodukt made by DT Swiss entschieden. 1. ALLGEMEINES Dieses Handbuch richtet sich an den Anwender der Komponente. Es beinhaltet Montage, Wartung und Pflege der Komponente sowie die Garantiebestimmungen. Das Handbuch muss vom Anwender vor dem Gebrauch gelesen und verstanden worden sein.
  • Page 5 • Mutter des Multilink-Arms mit einem Drehmoment von 15 Nm anziehen. Die Multilink-Arme können an allen M8 Gewinden des Grundständers montiert werden. DT Swiss empfiehlt folgende Anordnung: • Multilink-Arm mit dem Höhenschlagtaster unten in der Mitte. • Multilink-Arme mit den Seitenschlagtastern auf der jeweiligen Seite in der Mitte.

    Dank der hohen Steifigkeit des DT Swiss Zentrierständers kann geprüft werden, ob das eingespannte Laufrad Lagerspiel hat. Dank der hohen Präzision kann mit dem DT Swiss Zentrierständer und der als Zubehör erhältlichen analogen Messuhr der Rundlauf einer Scheibenbremse überprüft werden.

    4. WARTUNG Der DT Swiss Zentrierständer ist ein Präzisionswerkzeug und ist als solches sorgfältig zu behandeln. Bei täglichem Gebrauch: • Alle Teile mindestens einmal monatlich mit einem weichen Tuch reinigen. • Führungen der Laufradaufnahmen monatlich mit einem handelsüblichen Mehrzweckfett fetten.

It includes information on the assembly, maintenance, care and the provisions of the warranty. This manual must be read and understood by the user before using the component.
  • Page 9 Affix the stickers: 1. Place the hub (of which you know the installation width) in the DT Swiss truing stand. 2. Align the hub in the center of the truing stand. 3. Align the corresponding marking on the right / left sticker with the outer edge of the clamping rail on the base stand‘s wheel support.

    2. Tighten the quick fastener or the hub‘s axle. The wheel supports do not necessarily have to be in the center of the DT Swiss truing stand; however this can have certain advantages when it comes to visually inspecting work steps.

    • Grease the guides on the wheel supports once a month with a commercially available multi-purpose grease. If the DT Swiss truing stand is not used on a daily basis, the maintenance intervals can be longer. The work described above must be carried out at least once a year.
