Click on Register.

Enter your password, and click OK.

Re-enter your password and click OK.

Click OK if you want to save the password to a text file on a
diskette or media of your choice, or click

Deleting a user password
To cancel the power-on password function:
1
Click Start, All Programs, Toshiba, Utilities, and then
TOSHIBA Assist.
The TOSHIBA Assist window appears.

On the left side, click the Optimize tab.

Click the Hardware Settings icon.

Click on the Password tab.

Select Not Registered.

Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the user password.
