Can I fry food?

Important:
Your appliance is only suitable for browning meat, sautéing foods, stir frying, etc. Do not use it for
frying where you need to submerge the food in the oil, e.g. chips/fries.
To fry food, follow these tips:
● Do not exceed the 0.5 litre maximum oil level mark in the bowl when heating oil.
Note: Going above this level is dangerous and can result in serious harm.
● Heating oil before adding other ingredients usually gives better results.
● Remove the bowl lid filler cap when frying meat.
● Ensure the cooking bowl and lid are dry before adding oil.
