● If you are trying to connect to a captive portal (such as hotel's Wi-Fi network), you will need
to contact the network administrator with the appliance's MAC address. To find the MAC

How do I connect my CookEasy+ to a different Wi-Fi network?

Your CookEasy+ will only save one Wi-Fi network at a time, to switch networks follow the steps
below:
Before starting:
● Make sure your Wi-Fi router is switched on and connected to the internet.
● Have your appliance plugged in and the On/Off switch in the On position.
● Have your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and Wi-Fi network password ready (remember,
passwords are case sensitive).
● Make sure your smart device's location settings are turned on (for Android only).
1. Turn on your appliance.
2. Tap "Settings"
3. Select "WiFi".
4. Select "Forget Network...".
5. Open the app.
6. Tap the "Kitchen" icon.
7. Tap "Add an Appliance".
8. Scroll, choose your appliance and select "Connect".
9. Follow the instructions shown.
Note:
You will be prompted to press and hold down the OK button, if you don't see a name similar
to KENWOOD123456 or a PIN code on the display screen, wait 10 seconds and try again.
You will be prompted to select the KENWOOD123456 (or similar) network from your smart
device's WiFi settings. Once selected, your smart device may display "No Internet
Connection" next to the network name, this is normal.
If the set up process fails or cannot connect, ensure you have checked the "before
connecting" points above.
If display stops showing KENWOOD123456 (or similar) before you connect to the
KENWOOD123456 network, you may need to restart the process.
