3. DC motor drive circuit
DC motor drive circuits for head up/down and ribbon winding are provided in this unit. Two motors are
used for each driving.
DC motor drive circuit for head up/down
The two motor drive circuits (IC202 and IC203) on the MEC-24 board are controlled to drive two motors
using the control signal at pins 1 and 2 of IC301 on the MA-142 board.
DC motor drive circuit for ribbon winding
The two motor drive circuits (IC202 and IC203) on the MEC-24 board are controlled to drive two motors
using the control signal at pins 94 and 51 of IC301 on the MA-142 board.
