  • Page 12 7. How to Operate PolySprint™ Heat Press 7-1) Power-on Connect the main plug correctly to the socket outlet. Power is supplied to the heat controller and the current temperature of the press is indicated on the heat controller. Now it is possible to confirm and change the set temperature. WARNIN G Be sure to connect an earth line to prevent electric shock.

The in-operation lamp lights up and HEAT controlled power is supplied to the heater. Heating begins. ※To avoid malfunction, you always need to push and hold the switch for about HEAT two seconds when turning it on or off.

  • Page 16 ③ Heating Belt Be sure to wear anti-heat gloves in WARNING the following procedures.  Check the current temperature of the press to see if it has been heated up to the set temperature.  Grasp the press handles and open the mouth of the press.

Always use anti-heat gloves to prevent burns. ※ When doing continuous press, close the heat press tight and leave it for 5 seconds or longer Top heat plate after taking out the pre-setter.
  • Page 19 ④ Cooling the Belt  Remove the pre-setter from the heat press by grasping the pre-setter clamps and move the pre-setter to the cooling press.  Turn until the clamp lever becomes parallel to the main body. ※Relax the handles, which apply pressure, and cool for specified time.
