2.2.2 D32 Emulation
To emulate an MC68HC05D32 use the MC68HC05D32 for the resident MCU. The D32
has single mask option for oscillator selection. This has no effect on emulator operation.
2.2.3 D24 Emulation
To emulate an MC68HC05D24, use the MC68HC05D32 for the resident MCU.
An
MC68HC05D24 device can also be installed as the resident MCU, however, this will make
no difference to the emulation characteristics. The D24 has single mask option for oscillator
selection which has no effect on emulator operation.

2.2.4 (7)05D9 Emulation
To emulate an MC68HC05D9, use an MC68HC(7)05D9 device as the resident MCU. The
MC68HC05D32 can be used as the resident MCU, however writes to the OPTION register
require to be made to two addresses ($3FDF and $7FDF) for correct operation.
The
HC05D9 has single mask option for oscillator selection which has no effect on emulator
operation.
