Measurement memory

The laser distance meter is equipped with a memory saving automatically the results of the twenty last meas-
urements. The first results are deleted and automatically replaced with recent ones. In order to browse the
saved results, it is required to turn the device on and press the measurement memory button. Further press-
ing the button permits to browse the last twenty results of measurements. Along with the results the display
indicated the memory register number, the applied measurement method and the unit of measurement.

Troubleshooting

Problem
The device cannot be turned on
The device emits clicks during
measurements
Error signal is displayed
Cause
The batteries are incorrectly installed
The batteries are worn out
The switch button lacks electric contact
This is the sound of switching the optical path
Check the error code in: „Error messages"
Solution
Do not direct the laser beam towards a reflective surface. If
required, cover a reflective surface with paper
Carry out a measurement whose results will fall within the
range of the laser distance meter
Direct the laser beam towards another object or cover the
object with paper
Replace the batteries
Solution
Install the batteries observing polarity
Install new batteries
Press the switch harder or have the
laser distance meter serviced
Normal phenomenon
Observe the recommendations
indicated in: „Error messages"
