[3] -1. Helical gear 47, Ball bearings 6203LLB and 6204LLB (cont.)
DISASSEMBLING
(4) Ring 17 makes approx. 5 mm gap between Ball bearing 6203LLB and Helical gear 47. The gear can be disassembled
by using this gap. (Fig. 4)

1. Put a pair of 1R258 onto the table of
arbor press as drawn below.

3. While applying 1R026 onto Spindle, press 1R026 with Arbor press. Spindle is separated
together with Ball bearing 203LLB from Helical gear 47. then, remove Ring 17 from Spindle.

4. Remove Ball bearing 6203LLB with 1R045

2. Fit two Lock nut wrenches to the gap between Helical
gear 47 and Ball bearing 6203LLB on the pair of 1R258.
