Easy Fuel Capless Fuel Filler

• Fuel fill-ups are easier and quicker since there is no
need for a fuel filler cap

Power Liftgate

• Open or close the liftgate with the touch of a
button on the instrument panel or on the integrated
keyhead transmitter
• Liftgate can also be opened by the button under
the liftgate handle and closed by the button on the
bottom of the liftgate
• Provides functionality and convenience by making it
easier to load and unload cargo
• For additional safety, the liftgate will reverse the
opening or closing motion if an obstacle is detected
• For additional convenience, the opening height of
the liftgate can be programmed to avoid contact
with overhead obstacles, such as a low garage door
opening or protective structure clearance
– To program the opening height, manually move the
liftgate to the desired position and press and hold
the control button until a chime is heard

Hands-free Power Liftgate
• Open or close the power liftgate with only a kick of
a foot within the range of the rear bumper's sensors
and the verification of the vehicle key fob
• By kicking a foot under the center of the rear bumper
and through the sensors' emission field, the circuit
completes and triggers a search for the key fob
• Once the sensors receive verification from the key
fob, they will send an electronic impulse to the
liftgate latching system, and cause the liftgate to
open or close
The hands-free power liftgate system uses sensors
that produce an electrical field. The field is broken
when customers use a slight kicking motion under
the center of the rear bumper. A signal is then sent
to the Intelligent Access Key for verification. After
the liftgate system recognizes that the keyholder
is actively trying to access the rear cargo area, a
signal is sent to the vehicle to open or close the
liftgate. The system is designed to respond within
two seconds.
