TOOLS NEEDED

Pair of pliers
Phillips-head screwdriver
ENSURE THAT THE ENGINE IS COOL BEFORE BEGINNING ANY MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR WORK. FOLLOW
ALL SAFETY PROCEDURES LISTED IN YOUR OWNER'S MANUAL. USE COMMON SENSE. AVOID INJURY.

REPLACING THE BROKEN SPARK PLUG BOOT

1. Make sure the engine is cool.
2. Use the Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the two
screws shown at right.
3. Remove the panel.
4. Locate the spark plug boot. Move the ignition coil (with
spark plug boot still attached) out of the way.
