1. APPLICATIONS Refrigeration devices such as pastry counters are intended for displaying previously cooled food pro- ducts and sale in retail trade. The construction of the device ensures obtaining optimal operating parameters, provided that all in- structions contained in this manual are met. In order to ensure correct operation and obtain the best possible parameters, the manufacturer recommends familiarizing users with the operation, mainte- nance of the device and basic issues related to the safety of use.
