Cause/measure
Is the power plug properly inserted into a power
outlet?
 Make sure that it is properly connected. 
Is the power cord properly connected to the AC
adaptor?
 Make sure that it is properly connected. 
Is the DC plug on the AC adaptor properly
connected to the DC power connector on the
charger?
 Make sure that it is properly connected. 
Is the microphone properly inserted into the
charger?
 Make sure that it is inserted properly. 
