Phenomenon
I cannot charge
microphones
(The [CHG] indicator on
the microphone blinks
despite having inserted
the microphone into the
charger)
I cannot charge
microphones
(The [ERROR] indicator
on the charger blinks or
stays on)
Cause/measure
The batteries inside the microphone may be
dry-cell batteries or deteriorated rechargeable
batteries.
 Make sure that the proper type of battery is 
inserted.
Almost empty rechargeable batteries may be
incorrectly detected as dry-cell batteries.
 If this happens, remove the microphone from 
the charger and re-insert it multiple times
until the batteries are properly recognized.
Are the batteries extremely hot?
 Check the battery temperature. 
Have you inserted rechargeable batteries into
the microphone?
 Make sure that you have inserted 
rechargeable batteries.
A metal foreign object (eg: paper clip) may have
accidentally entered the microphone charging
unit on the charger.
 Make sure that there is no foreign object 
inside the microphone charging unit. Remove
any foreign matter which may be present.
