. An NSR and external storage devices can store recordings up to 690,000 events in total.
. NSR does not monitor the external storage devices. If it is necessary, set monitoring and SNMP
external storage device side.
. Don't operate the NSR recording files from the external storage device because playback may become
impossible.
. The recording and playback operation does not assured during maintenance of the external storage
device. Especially, the recording and playback during resync process due to HDD failure depends on
performance of the external storage device. If some failure occurs in the external storage device,
disconnect it from the NSR, and recover it completely, and then reconnect it to the NSR.
