Visibly damaged parts can cause unpredictable danger. Do not use damaged parts: recycle and replace them with new ones.

In DCC format: via configuration variables (CVs) or main track programming. With DCC control unit allowing only register programming you can set the register 1 and 5 (corresponding CV#1 and CV#29) only.
