  • Page 11 Do not operate your mower until you have read and understood all instructions and the battery pack has been fully charged. Battery Pack Victa Enviromower The battery pack in your Cordless Rechargeable, Battery Powered Mower is composed of two completely sealed 12V lead acid batteries inside a pack connected serially to a 24V motor.
  • Page 12 Under normal conditions the battery should run for approximately 30 to 50 minutes per use. The length of time depends on the length, density and dampness of the grass. If you generally intend to use your mower and trimmer for a long duration Victa recommends that you purchase an extra battery.

    OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS Preparing Mower for Operation Cutting Height Adjustment Lever. REMINDER: The safety key, with its built-in circuit breaker, should never be inserted during assembly, adjustments, cleaning, blade replacement, or when the mower is not in use. Removing the safety key will prevent accidental starting and help avoid serious personal injury.

    OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS Removing and Attaching Blade Always check the blade for sharpness, damage, and tightness before and after each use. Replace the blade promptly if it has been bent or damaged. To Remove Blade: 1. Remove safety key and take out the battery pack. 2.

    OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS Blade Sharpening Keep mower blade sharp for best performance. A dull blade will not only cut the grass unevenly but it will also cause the battery to discharge more quickly. Two ways to sharpen a blade: 1. Sharpen the blade on the mower with a fine tooth file or a sharpening stone. 2.

    OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS Blade Balancing A lawn mower blade must be balanced or it will cause vibration when the motor is running. Excessive vibration will cause damage to the mower, especially the motor, and it is also a safety hazard. New blades are balanced at the factory. When sharpening a used blade, care must be taken to keep it balanced.
