The TRIAX TMB 2500 models (including variant TMB 2500UK) provide the functionality of a
terrestrial channel processor. That combines filtering, converting and amplifying of different antenna
signals within a very compact headend unit. Thus up to 5 terrestrial antennas can be connected. The
received FM/VHF/UHF broadcast channels are matched selectively to one multiplex signal. This sum
signal is gained to very high output level in order to drive a coaxial MATV distribution network in multi-
dwellings, housing blocks, hotels and settlements for examples.

Able to process and convert more than 50 channels

Very high channel selectivity (50 dB suppression of adjacent channels)
•
Very high output level for driving big coaxial distribution networks
•
Adjustable bandwidth of the filters -2000kHz to 0kHz in steps of 250kHz (default -1000kHz)

Real-time AGC on all individual multiplexes
•
Complete flexibility in assigning filters from any input. Each channel can be frequency
shifted to any other channel in the VHF or UHF band (Flex Matrix)
•
Storage and reload of commissioning configuration by SD card
•
To avoid unauthorized persons changing the settings, all TMB 2500/2500UK products can
be locked with a security code.
