TROUBLE SHOOTER AND SERVICE

The start of the appliance does not occur or it stops during operation.
First try to find a solution to the problem (refer to the table). If not, contact the service
centre.
With some problems, the acoustic signals operate and the display shows an alarm code:
• - The appliance does not fill with water.
• - The appliance does not drain the water.
• - The appliance door is open or not closed correctly.
• - The anti-flood device is on.

Deactivate the appliance before you do the checks.

Possible cause
The water tap is closed.
The water inlet hose is dam-
aged.
The filters in the water inlet
hose is blocked .
The water tap is blocked or is
furred with limescale.
The connection of the water
inlet hose is not correct.
The water pressure is too low.
The water drain hose is dam-
aged.
The filter of the drain pump is
blocked.
The connection of the water
drain hose is not correct.
A washing programme with-
out the drain phase is set.
The function Rinse & Hold is
on.

Possible solution
Open the water tap.
Make sure that the water inlet hose has
no damages.
Clean the filters. Refer to 'Care and
cleaning'.
Clean the water tap.
Make sure that the connection is cor-
rect.
Contact your local water authority.
Make sure that the water drain hose has
no damages.
Clean the filter of the drain pump. Refer
to 'Care and cleaning'.
Make sure that the connection is cor-
