Connect to the on-line world at 128Kbps - four times faster than
a 28.8Kbps modem. Cruising the Internet, downloading high
volume data files, and LAN access from a remote site has never
been faster or easier. And just in case 128Kbps is not fast
enough, the Omni TA128 supports Hi/fn LZS (Stac®) and
V.42bis compression for throughput speeds of up to 460.8Kbps.
PPP Multilink Protocol connects you with remote access servers
at speeds up to 128Kbps, and can operate as a client or a server
device. Bandwidth-on-Demand automatically adds and removes
the second B channel based on data traffic. Additionally, Async
to Sync conversion provides interoperability with router-based
Internet services providers. The Omni TA128 is compatible with
all popular operating environments including Windows 95,

Amiga and any computer with a standard serial port.
ZyXEL's Multi-Auto feature automatically detects and accepts
incoming data for PPP, V.120, X.75 and V.110, freeing the user
from manual protocol configuration. The Multi-Auto feature
also recognizes incoming data as either analog or digital.
The Omni TA128 Computer Terminal Adapter is available with
ISDN S/T or U interface. The S/T Interface model works with
an external NT-1 (Network Termination) device and is ideal if
you already use other ISDN equipment. The U Interface model
saves money and desk space by eliminating the need for an
external NT-1 device

128Kbps ISDN Computer Terminal Adapter
Dual analog and serial DTE ports allow the Omni TA128 to
operate in either of two modes. In the default configuration, one
DTE port and two analog ports allow the use of two external
analog devices such as fax machines and analog modems. The
second configuration provides two DTE ports and one analog
port. In this mode two users can simultaneously access the
Internet, each at 64Kbps, from a single ISDN data connection.

With built-in password checking for up to 40 users, and three

The Omni TA128's Embedded Protocol Analyzer is the perfect

text with any ANSI terminal program. Traveling to troubled
remote sites may become a thing of the past.
