Maintenance
The motor switches off automatically if the brush
rollers are blocked during operation by vacuuming up
awkward foreign objects or if strands of carpet are
wrapped around it. The red lamp lights up.
Switch off the vacuum cleaner and unplug the power
cable before carrying out any maintenance work.
After the cause of the blockage has been removed,
press the red Reset button.
The vacuum cleaner can now be switched on again.
Cut through strands of carpet and hairs wound round
the rollers using scissors.
Vacuuming strands and hairs with the crevice nozzle.
Before cleaning, always switch off the
ELECTROMATIC XL electric brush and disconnect
from the suction pipe.
The brush can be maintained using an ordinary
plastics cleaner.
