Case A
When you want to switch the
tracking characteristics
automatically to match changes
in the subject movement.
In [Case A], the camera determines the
scene and automatically sets [Tracking
sensitivity] and [Accel./decel. tracking]
settings.
Applicable to various subjects with
different movement characteristics
The "AF Configuration Tool" offers four [Case] settings
and [Case A]. Select [Case 1] to [Case 4] when the
movement characteristics and shooting scene are constant,
and you want to shoot with fixed parameters, or if you
want to use it in the same way as the 1D X Mark II. In
[Case A], the camera analyzes the scene, and the [Tracking
sensitivity] and [Accel./decel. tracking] are set each time
according to differences in the shooting scene such as
characteristics of the subject's movement and if obstacles
