manent status display and highlighted on the
speedometer. When Active Distance Assist
DISTRONIC is passive, the speed is grayed out.

On highways or high-speed major roads, the

cally when the vehicle is ready to pull away.

If you depress the accelerator pedal beyond
the setting of the Active Distance Assist
DISTRONIC, the system is switched to pas‐
sive mode. The ç Suspendedmessage
appears in the multifunction display.
