Creating music playlists using 3rd party software
You can use your favourite music software on your PC to create music playlists. A
playlist enables you to determine exactly which tracks to play and the order in which
to play them. For example, create a Favourites playlist so you can just listen to your
favourite tracks. Save the playlist in the industry standard playlist format *.m3u.
The ACTIVY Media Player 150 will enable you to play tracks from playlists created
on your computer. The Media Player supports playlists in two standard formats.

Playing a playlist
To play all the tracks in a playlist, highlight the name of the playlist and press the
PLAY button. All the tracks will be played in the order they appear in the playlist.
Controlling music playback
The ACTIVY Media Player 150 works just like a stereo or CD player. Playing back
your music is simple and intuitive. Press the PLAY, PAUSE, Fast Forward, Fast
Rewind or STOP buttons on your remote as required.
Playing a group of songs
Highlight any folder and press the PLAY button on the remote control. All the songs
in the selected folder will be played. If you highlight a genre of music all the files
associated with that genre will be played. Genre categories are defined when an
audio file is created.
You can play songs within a folder from a specified track onwards. For instance, if
your folder contains ten tracks and you select track 3, pressing the PLAY button will
play tracks 3 to 10.
Note:
If you press the OK button on the remote instead of the PLAY button, only
the selected track (track 3) will be played.
